EPLI Submission Requirements
AmTrust Workplace is automatically added to bound commercial package policies in eligible classes. Insureds can opt-out of the coverage if desired.AmTrust Workplace is not automatically added to policies in the state of Illinois. The insured must get a quote for the coverage and opt-in to receive it.
